A twist you keep re-running afterwards

One of the greatest plot twists I have seen, and the kind that keeps working after the credits roll.

You spend the rest of the night retelling the story to yourself, trying to work out what was really happening and how much he knew about himself by the end. A great performance from Leonardo DiCaprio.
